Your pack shipment

Packages are generally shipped within 2 business days after order is placed and are shipped via FedEx with tracking available and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by another method or require a signature or special delivery instructions, an additional cost may be applied, so please contact us.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Shipping outside the continental United States will be charged an extra shipping charge determined by FedEx or USPS rates. Your credit card may be charged an extra fee. you will be notified and it will be noted o your invoice. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
